UK Delivery

Figaro de Montmartre ltd uses Royal Mail’s 1st Class Recorded service for most orders under 2kg. This is our standard service and is the default delivery option in the shopping cart. Royal Mail delivers 94% of our orders the next day but occasionally it may take 2-5 days, and in rare cases up to 15 working days. Our standard delivery days include Saturdays, but not Sundays.
If we dispatch after 6 pm, parcels are usually picked up the morning after. At this point, unfortunately, no delivery address change can be made. In the case of express delivery, the next working day counts as the first day of delivery.

Customs Tax / Duty

Please be aware that if your Figaro de Montmartre order is to be delivered outside of the UK or EU, you / recipient may incur additional charges that are out of our control. This could be non-reclaimable custom tax as well as administration fees. We'd advise checking of country specific customs on import duty.

REGULAR International Worldwide Shipping

International deliveries are FREE OF CHARGE.
This service can take as little as 5 days to major cities, or as long as 2 weeks on average, depending on the destination and its accessibility. Time can vary significantly for remote areas, where it may be necessary for Figaro de Montmartre to pass on the remote area surcharge levied by the carrier. Delivery outside the EU may attract local tax duty to pay which is administered by the local territory and is out of the hands of Figaro de Montmartre.

FAST International Worldwide Shipping

If you would like to get your purchase in fast international 3-5 days delivery, you will have to pay an extra fee. Please send us en e-mail at : contact@figarodemontmartre.com to get a specific quote fee.
Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase

If a product is faulty in any way, then we will redo it. Please call our in-house Customer Services team quoting your order number within 2 days of receiving your product, and we will act fast. A Customer Services representative will explain the process which starts with providing a photo of the fault, along with a clear description of the problem, emailed to our customer care team.

In most cases, remedy action is taken as soon we are clear on the issue via email, usually within in a few hours. If the fault cannot be verified over email, the item may be required to be returned to us for inspection. Please do not send a product back to Figaro de Montmartre Ltd, contacting a member of our team first, as we may be able to save you the trouble.

We are determined that you should be a happy customer, and we put in huge efforts to produce the best product we can. If it hasn't happened or if you are unsatisfied, please raise your concern so we can fix it and improve.

Sadly we cannot accept the return of non-faulty goods because the bespoke product has been produced specifically to order, therefore impossible to reuse. As per EU law, the goods cannot be returned because they were made according to your specifications. We may, at our discretion, look into other solutions.


Cancellations

Within 30 minutes: we wait 30 minutes after you place your order before we start making it. Within these 30 minutes, you are welcome to contact us if you change your mind. If you have any questions about your order, get in touch with our friendly customer service team who will be more than happy to help and can offer a full refund.
After 30 minutes: we handmake every product and personalise it to order, so as soon as we start production of your bespoke items, we have already invested into the ink, transfer paper, materials and the workforce time specifically for your order. This means that if you wish to cancel after 30 minutes it won't be possible.
